Bangkok Welcome Reception (April 1)

Welcome Reception | Wednesday, April 1, 6:45 to 8:00 p.m.

All badge-wearing registrants are encouraged to attend and take time to relax, renew old acquaintances, and make new friends at the Welcome Reception hosted at The Royal Bangkok Sports Club (RBSC), established in 1901 through the Royal Charter. The RBSC houses the first racecourse and one of the oldest golf courses in the country and contributes to the beauty of Bangkok, with its green expanse. Access to RBSC is membership-only and the best route to get there from the conference venue is to cut across the campus, stopping for a quick photo opportunity in front the Royal Monument of King Chulalongkorn and King Vajiravudh before crossing the street to RBSC through the University’s back gates. Student helpers will be accompanying the WEAI participants to the venue.

There is no charge for this event, however due to the highly exclusive, members-only, nature of the venue, a reservation is required.
