Nearly 1,000 economists from across the United States, Canada and approximately 50 other countries will be in San Francisco this summer for our annual meeting. This year’s meeting will be one of the largest gatherings of your best prospects for whatever you offer in economics and related fields. 

You can meet these prospects through 

• A Table Top Display.
  To maximize exposure to the conference attendees, table top exhibits will be held in the WEAI registration area for the duration of the conference. All coffee breaks and message board will be set up in the same area to maximize exposure to conference participants. 
   
• Program Advertising.
  WEAI’s annual conference program, a 140-page attendees’ guide to the more than 250 conference sessions plus participant contact information, is used as a reference after, as well as during, the conference. So your program ad continues to work for you long after the conference is over.  
   
• A Conference Bag Insert.
  Reach over 1,000 economists individually by having a one page advertisement inserted into each conference bag that WEAI distributes to conference registrants.  
   
• Event Sponsorship.
  Maximize exposure for your organization or company through sponsorship of a refreshment break or evening reception. Event sponsorship includes signage at the event and acknowledgement throughout the program.
